The North Gate Temple HOA will hold its 2024 Annual Meeting on
Thursday - March 7th, 2024, at the Lakeview Baptist Church. Registration begins at 5:45pm.
The meeting will call to order at 6:00pm. Parking is at the REAR of the building, as is the entrance for the meeting. Please see the Notice of Meeting packet for an address; the Notice of Meeting packet can be downloaded or viewed

Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a Called Meeting to elect Officers.

January, 2023
Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023
The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.
1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.
2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.
3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.
4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31
st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

2020 Annual Meeting POSTPONED
The 2020 Annual Meeting scheduled for 3/17/2020 has been postponed as a precaution during the current Covid-19 crisis. Because of the short window of time prior to the meeting, residents have been sent an email announcing this. The meeting will be rescheduled by the Board for a later date in 2020.

Owners may get a personal login by contacting our office. HOA financials, account information, and more are available to owners only through their personal logins.
